Humm is an AI-powered social media content platform designed for home service businesses. The Service generates, schedules, and publishes social media content to connected platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro).

All plans include a 14-day free trial period.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

5. Content Generation and Ownership

Content generated by the Service using AI is created based on the business information you provide. You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service for your business.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your social media accounts.
AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may require editing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for your business.
We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific engagement or business results.
You grant us a limited license to use your business information solely for the purpose of generating content for your account.

6. Social Media Account Connections

By connecting your social media accounts to the Service, you authorize us to publish approved content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

You have the authority to grant us access to the connected social media accounts.
Published content is subject to the terms and policies of the respective social media platforms.
You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Service settings.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your content or accounts.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of posts per month. Usage limits are as follows:

Starter: 8 posts per month
Growth: 20 posts per month
Pro: 40 posts per month

Unused posts do not roll over to the following month. If you exceed your plan's limit, you will need to upgrade to a higher tier.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Publish misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use the Service for any business other than home services or related trades
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

9. Referral Program

Humm offers a referral program where users can earn free months of service by referring new customers. Referral credits are subject to the following conditions:

The referred user must create an account and subscribe to a paid plan.
Both the referrer and the referred user receive one free month of service.
Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
